CityRock Countertops ("we") provides granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, soapstone, tile installation, cabinets and sinks in and around Raleigh, NC. Your name and contact details; details about your project or request; the messages, photos and call transcripts exchanged with us; appointment details; and, when you use our online forms, your IP address, browser, the page you were on, the consent wording you were shown and any ad click identifier on the link you used. Our website and booking pages may use cookies and the Meta and Google pixels to measure our ads.
To answer your questions, prepare quotes, schedule and remind you about appointments, follow up on your request, keep records of the work we do for you, ask for feedback after a job, send offers you have agreed to receive, and measure which of our ads lead to real inquiries. Texts from CityRock Countertops are written and sent by an AI assistant, and calls or voicemails may use an AI-generated voice. If you ask whether you are talking to an AI, it will tell you, and you can ask for a person at any time.
Service providers that work on our behalf and may use your information only to provide their service to us: our messaging and scheduling provider, 2gether Marketing LLC, doing business as 2gether AI (which runs our texting, follow-up and call handling and lists its own providers at myai.2gether.tools/privacy); phone and text carriers such as Twilio; AI providers such as Anthropic and Vapi that generate the assistant's replies and voice; scheduling, payment and job-record tools such as Stripe and QuickBooks; and hosting providers. When CityRock Countertops runs ads on Meta or Google, a hashed form of your email or phone number may be sent to that platform to measure which ads led to real inquiries; we do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or as part of a sale of the business.
Opt-in: You opt in when you check a consent box or submit a form that says CityRock Countertops may text you, when you text us first, or when you ask us by phone or in person to text you.
Consent is optional and not a condition of buying anything from us.
