By using our website, submitting a quote or contact request, booking an appointment, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Slab Dealers provides wholesale slabs, fabrication and installation. The scope, price and schedule of any work are set out in a separate written estimate or contract provided before work begins.
Quotes are based on the information available when prepared; final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement and may change if the scope changes or unknown conditions are found.
When you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, you consent to calls and texts from Slab Dealers at that number about your request, appointments and related services, including automated texts and calls and calls or voicemails that use an AI-generated or prerecorded voice. Texts from Slab Dealers are written and sent by an AI assistant, and calls or voicemails may use an AI-generated voice. Consent is not a condition of any purchase; reply STOP to stop texts or tell us "please don't call me" to stop calls.
Messages may include replies to your questions, quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates, customer care, review requests and, where you agreed, occasional offers.
Opt-in: You opt in when you check a consent box or submit a form that says Slab Dealers may text you, when you text us first, or when you ask us by phone or in person to text you.
Consent is optional and not a condition of buying anything from us.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any text; you will get one confirmation and nothing further. Help: Reply HELP or contact us.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Payment terms are stated in your written estimate or contract. We may require a deposit before scheduling or beginning work.
Tell us as early as possible about a cancellation or change. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has started, as set out in your agreement.
Any warranty on our work is set out in your written agreement; products and materials carry their manufacturers' warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms; the date at the top is the latest revision, and continued use of our services after an update means you accept it.
